These are not considered defects. Any damage claim for your new bag should be made to our email address by submitting photos of the bag and packaging within 2 days after receiving.

Please note:

  • That items purchased from Feodora Ubud store and from a retail store cannot be exchanged, please double check your purchase before leaving the store.
  • We only accept return items from online purchases.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, and with all labels and garment tags still attached: dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.
  • Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
  • Returns that are damaged, stained, washed or altered will not be accepted.
  • Please note return costs may vary, depending on the destination.
