Purchases
All orders and purchases made through this website are subject to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. These Terms and Conditions may change from time to time without prior notice, at our discretion.
We make every effort to keep the information on feodora.id up-to-date and accurate. However, there may be inaccuracies from time to time that contains typographical errors, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you. If you are not completely satisfied with your Feodora purchase, please see our Return Policy.
All prices listed on this website are subject to confirmation. Feodora will notify you by email if the confirmed price of an item you have selected differs from the price listed on the website or on your purchase order. All prices are for pickup in Denpasar. Products may be shipped at additional cost which is the responsibility of the buyer.
Feodora reserves the right to limit the quantities of certain items which you, your family or any group can purchase. Feodora will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated; however, Feodora will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery Feodora will notify its customers within 6 business days.
Shipments
Goods will be shipped via Indonesian Post. Once Payment has been received and processed, goods will be shipped, please allow 3-10 business days. Read Shipment Information and Conditions for full details.
Payment System
All payments are made outside of the Feodora website on secure external servers belonging to Paypal. These payment gateways provide you with a secure and enhanced e-commerce security for your transactions. Feodora is not responsible or liable for any errors or mistakes made by these payment providers.
Retail Partners
Feodora has partnerships with local retailers around Bali in various beach clubs and resorts. Pricing and returns for purchases made through retail partners is not the responsibility of Feodora. Please thoroughly check any items at retail partners before finalizing the purchase. Please contact the local retailer to resolve any issues that may arise after purchase.
Return Policy
The return conditions apply for retail online orders through feodoro.id, NOT for wholesale online orders or purchases made through retail partners.
Defective items can be replaced by Feodora within the conditions expressed on our Warranty Conditions. Feodora will not accept or process returns for incorrect purchase or change of mind. Discounted or outlet items can not be exchanged or refunded.
The color in images in our website can be different to the original item. The actual colours you see will vary depending on your computer system. As such, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Returns will not be accepted for these slight discrepancies.
Our products are hand-made from natural materials and organic fabrics. The color may vary due to climate, season, light exposure, etc. For each item we make every effort to have the most current picture. Feodora reserves the right to accept returns due to natural color variation on a case by case basis.
Return requests for items purchased through retail partners must be made through the shop where the purchase is made and is at the sole discretion of the shop. Return requests for online orders must be made in writing within 1 day of receiving the item from Indonesian Post. In case of an accepted return, all costs related to the return will be charged to customer, unless agreed otherwise.
Customer must use a trackable shipping system, so both parties can track the goods and confirm delivery. Feodora will not be responsible for any goods sent by customers and delayed or lost during shipping. Returns have to be sent in their original packaging and in the condition received. Feodora reserves the right to inspect the returned goods and its decision about the return will be final.
Feodora will use a trackable shipping system in all shipments to customers, and inform the customer of the tracking number and shipping details as soon as data is available from the shipping company. Feodora is not responsible for delays or other issues related to shipping companies.
In the event that Feodora chooses not to ship an item for any reason, you will be notified by email and any amount charged will be credited or refunded at Feodora sole discretion.
